Usage:
Charcoal Briquette machine is used in charcoal making. The charcoal making process: First, crushing the raw materials (sawdust, corn stalk, straw, etc.). Second, dry the crushed materials. Third, pressing to briquette. Finally, the bar is carbonized in the carbonized oven. The bar can be sized in circle, square with the diameter of 30-100mm, upon your need.

Working Principle:
Making bar process is a process that biomass is compressed under high pressure and high temperature.
The self bonding of biomass to form a bar involves the thermo-plastic flow of the biomass. The lignin content that occurs naturally in biomass is liberated under high pressure and temperature. Lignin serves as the glue in the briquetting process, thus binding, compressing the biomass to form into high density bar.
