This plant can make charcoal stick of different diameter and different shape from biomass and agro-forest waste.
1. Crush
Hammer Mill is suitable for milling raw material like tree branch, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc. with size less than 50mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting. Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further briquetting.
2. Dry
For raw materials with heavy moisture content that above 12%, you need to install a drier, this drier reduces the moisture content below 12% before feeding them into Briquetting Screw Press. Material for hot air stove: Wood waste, wood briquette, coal, etc.
3. Briquette Press
This Briquette Press equipped with automatic temperature control is designed to produce high density biomass stick.

UARANTEE
The guarantee period shall be twelve (12) months from the date of shipment acceptance test in the Seller's factory.

SALES
Where the Buyer requires the Seller to send engineer(s) to service the Commodity in the Buyer's factory expenses for round-trip air ticket, accommodation and allowance, and costs of an interpreter, transportation and personal insurance for the engineer(s) shall be borne by the Buyer.

AYMENT
50% of total contract value shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller as down payment by telegraphic transfer within one week after signing the Contract.
50% of total contract value shall be paid by the Buyer to the Seller by telegraphic transfer upon receiving scanned Bill of Lading from Seller.
