Briquette Making Machine

Briquette also called honeycomb briquettes, is an improved cylindrical honeycomb which made of anthracite briquettes ,mainly for home fire and heating. As increasing the surface area of coal ,it is processed into cylinder coal and made some holes in the cylinder to keep the full combustion of coal and reduce the resources waste.
A. The machine structure
Divided into five parts of the body, translator unit, feeding, stamping, transmission.
1.The body parts: made up of the plate and base composition.
2.Transmission parts: the motor, pulleys, gears, drive shafts and other parts of composition. .
3.Feed parts: the shaft, hopper and mixer components, mixer is struck by the axial gear mixer, mixing the coal.
4 .The stamping part is made up of the four slider, sliding beams, punch, punch,blocks,punches,activity pressure plate and so on.
5.The transport unit is made up of the transport planes, pulleys, brackets and conveyor components. The coal body were sent out by conveyor components.
